Infrastructure Maintenance Service

We offer comprehensive maintenance service to all our customers we've done the integration of the project, but we also support maintenance, previous audit, of third party projects. We have two levels of action: reactive or proactive (if you can add the EMS system within your facility).

We facilitate access to our maintenance with the generation of four classes (from the simplest to the most comprehensive) for maintenance, which allows different choices to our customers. The simplest form is called “bronze mode”, with telephone support and transport. The following would be the “silver mode” with the options of the bronze one adding technical hours. The “gold mode” modality has the same of the “silver mode” plus small material included (feeders, connectors, wiring, etc...) and finally the most complete, the “platinum mode”, which provides full coverage: telephone support, travel, material (equipment) and technical hours.

The coverage of our maintenance, are also adjusted in hours of resolution, so that usually within 10 hours (from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 19:00) we are able to solve most of the incidents (over 95%).
